WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes the privacy policy for the website www.instantdeveloper.com with regard to the processing of personal data about those who provide it to Pro Gamma SpA
This is a policy that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 also to those who interact with the web services provided by Pro Gamma SpA.

The policy is also modeled on Recommendation # 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Working Party (WP art. 29) adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and in particular, the methods, time periods, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes for which they connect.

This policy is valid only for the www.instantdeveloper.com website, and not for any other websites that users may visit through links.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS, AND RETENTION

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The information systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire certain personal information during the course of their normal operations, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols.
The information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature, if processed and associated with data held by third parties, the information could make it possible to identify users.
